S.A.L. NEWS
Spring has sprung and the warmer weather is upon us. With warmer weather comes baseball season, cookouts, and family gatherings. I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported our squadron over the past 2 years of my term as Commander. It has been a great experience and I look forward to the next 2 years as Commander of S.A.L. Squadron #221. I would also like to formally announce the rest of our officers for the next 2 years. Rich Patti will remain 1st Vice, Brock Herring will begin his first term as 2nd Vice, Bob Emmert will remain our Financial Officer, Jim Haught will remain as our Adjutant, and Brian McCall as our Sergeant at Arms. Thank you for all you do!!!
We continue to be blessed with the community support that we receive. This month we will continue to acknowledge local businesses, Cherry Street Winery, AutoZone, and Shanklin Heating and Cooling. Give a special thank you to ALL our businesses that support us.
I would also like to welcome new members, Richard Burky, Brent Mason, Patrick Geckler, and Eric Fichter. With those 4 new members, we are over our quota this year of 200 and at 208 members in Squadron #221, THANK YOU!!! I would like encourage all S.A.L. Squadron #221 members to come out to our monthly meetings the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7:00pm.
